Program Overview

The admission and application process for the Luxury Management and Design Innovation program is designed with your busy schedule in mind. The upcoming program term starts in Paris on November 14, 2022.

The application deadline is September 30. 

Admission Requirements

  • Minimum six years of professional experience (not necessarily in luxury)
  • A university degree (in any discipline)
  • Proof of English language proficiency (TOEFL or equivalent English proficiency test)—exemptions for native speakers, those who have studied in an English-speaking university, those currently working in English)

Program Costs

Tuition for the EMiLUX program is determined for equivalency by Parsons School of Design and ESSEC annually at the program start, informed by international exchange rates. Tuition for students beginning the program in November 2022 is $42,000*.  Tuition does not include airfare, accommodations, meals, and any other additional expenses incurred.

The total tuition is to be paid in four installments. Below is the payment schedule:

Payment 1: $12,600
Due Date: November 1, 2022

Payment 2: $9800
Due Date: February 1, 2023

Payment 3: $9800
Due Date: May 1, 2023

Payment 4: $9800
Due Date: August 1, 2023

*Participants who are admitted and enrolled (payment 1 paid & processed ) before September 30 are eligible for the 15 percent early bird discount offer.

Alumni Discount

Alumni who have earned a credit degree from The New School are eligible to receive a 25 percent discount on tuition.

Refunds

Students who withdraw from the program are not eligible for a refund. Students who take advantage of the payment plan will not receive a refund for payments already made, but will not be responsible for future amounts.
