Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of registration must be submitted to executive@newschool.edu and is valid upon Parsons Executive Education confirming receipt of your request. Please see the table below for the refund schedule computed from 11:59 ET on the date your request is received. Refunds are disbursed through the method originally used for payment. 100% of the program tuition will be forfeited with less than 14 days notice, for failure to attend without notification, or if a withdrawal occurs on or after the program start date.
Transfers and Refunds
Transfer requests must be submitted to executive@newschool.edu and are valid when Parsons Executive Education has confirmed receipt. In most cases, one transfer to a program will be permitted within 12 months of the original program start date, provided that there are seats available in the requested program. Please see the table below for transfer penalties, computed from 11:59 p.m. ET on the date your request is received. Courses are canceled typically because of insufficient enrollment, withdrawal of the faculty, or inability to secure appropriate instructional space. If your course is canceled, you will be notified by Parsons Executive Education and asked whether you wish to transfer to another course in or to receive a full refund of tuition and fees. Refunds are disbursed through the method originally used for payment. Refund processing time is approximately three weeks.
