How do we define something as seemingly intangible as innovation? By exploring leading theories, practical application, and result-based outcomes.
Week 2: Unpack and Amplify Ideas
Going from the theoretical to the practical, we will unpack and score your most compelling ideas to set priorities, evaluate impact, and assess value.
Week 3: Clarify the Value Proposition and the Path Forward
Apply best practices to summarize the value proposition and define key activities, audiences, resources, revenue potential, and risk management.
Week 4: Evangelize and Package the Story
Innovation lives or dies by your ability to tell your story. Learn how to bring your vision to life through storytelling to drive advocacy and adoption.
Week 5: Pitch the Opportunity
The moment of truth. Participants have the opportunity to pitch their innovative ideas and convert their audience into advocates.

You may be considering other programs that can teach you how to harness the power of innovation to close gaps in knowledge, achieve your goals, and advance your career, such as an MBA or another type of higher education. Although such programs have value, they are typically costly and impractical for the working professional. And they also tend to employ a shotgun approach where a laser is needed.
The Innovation Fast Track program was designed with the working professional in mind, providing a cost- and time-effective curriculum that cuts through typically unwieldy academia to get to the heart of practical, real-world-tested strategy and tactics to drive substantive transformation, as proved by industry leaders and experts.
