In areas ranging from healthcare to the circular economy to energy transition to financial access, innovating is the only way to sustain success. Yet the ability to do so effectively continues to elude many leaders and organizations. What is the next level of strategic innovation management for those who have already mastered the design thinking toolkit?

Program Overview

Whether you are looking to enter a new market, launch a new service in the public sector, or  achieve a competitive advantage, Innovation from Concept to Ecosystem is for you. The program is not simply about learning how to innovate; it’s about gaining the practical skills that enable you to change, adapt, and create, and lead—to respond effectively to the constant flux that defines our world. It’s about learning to make sense of complexity and develop strategies and frameworks that drive innovation. As you engage in creative and strategic problem solving, possibilities for innovation emerge along with transformative outcomes for people, organizations, and ecosystems.

In this highly interactive and immersive program, you acquire the leadership skills necessary to transform businesses and hone the strategic capacity to communicate, iterate, and refine. Guided by expert faculty and industry leaders from Parsons, a leading global design school, you explore the latest practical frameworks available to create business, environmental, and social value. These become your toolkit for effecting positive change and exploring the potential of an array of design strategies to unlock what we call Return on Design.
